McDonalds Licensing application for a 05:00 licence
This would mean that McDonalds is going to become a 24/7 bike dependent fast-food premises. The Earl’s Court Society, of which NSCARA is a member, have crowd funded for a barrister to represent Earl’s Court residents.
Given the level of ASB and complaints about drug supply and use it is a concern that there will be no effective enforcement available to protect the licensing objectives. It is too late for residents to object but if you have had an experience of problems, and that could include waste food and wrapper, please can you contact info@nevernsquareresidentsassociation.org.uk with either evidence or images.
The case is due to be heard on Thursday 20 November and we will need your support in the Town Hall.
Star Kebab application for 04:00
Star Kebab has applied for a late-night food licence until 04:00. The deadline has passed for this application to be heard, but it would be useful to hear from residents that were affected by the venue when they had longer hours before their licence lapsed and new hours (the present hours) were granted.
The date for the hearing will be scheduled shortly. This is a bike-dependent fast-food operation on the corner of a residential street that already experiences problems with the bike-deliverers.
