The Council frequently receive requests from residents, businesses and others to change on-street parking restrictions. We batch these requests into miscellaneous parking amendments every few months, with the intention to begin the legal process to change the traffic management order, which includes statutory public consultation.
We will soon begin our February 2024 consultation, and I have attached copies of the proformas and plans in relation to proposed parking changes in your ward. We will erect Street Notices to advertise the attached proposals just before the statutory consultation begins, and we will send copies of the attached to the residents’ associations in your ward at the start of the consultation.
