The borough asked for the planning application for the Lloyds Bank site to be withdrawn as it was felt that the wording was not precise enough.

The new planning application is for a change of Change of use of the ground and basement floors of the building from financial services (Use Class E) to Bingo facility and Adult Gaming Centre (AGC) (Sui Generis) with the provision of residential units (Use Class C3) to the first and second floors along with upgrade works to the shopfront at ground floor level.
It’s important that you resubmit your objection, as your previous objection/comment will not be carried forward.
